Sales Agreement
Lily’s
Place Himalayans and Persians are meant to be indoor cats in a cage
free environment. Due to their sweet and loving nature they are
not able to survive as outdoor cats.
As the buyer, you have 72 hours to take this kitten to the
veterinarian. If the vet finds any serious health problems, you may
return him / her with an explanatory letter from your vet. The kitten
may only be returned for another kitten of the same quality when one becomes available. There
will be no cash refunds. We have a one-year health guarantee on all of
our kittens. This means that if a kitten dies of a genetic
disease we will replace it with another of the same quality when one
becomes available.
All kittens are to be spayed / neutered by age 6 months old, for future health. The new owner will show this breeder proof of alteration from the veterinarian, upon which he / she will be issued a registration application. This registration application can be reproduced for a fee of $9.00. Additional parentage and pedigree information can also be obtained.
Future owners must bring a pet carrier with them to transport their new baby safely to their home.
No breeding rights will be sold for any of our kittens.
We
do not ship. We prefer our buyers to live within a few hours of
the Lansing, MI area. For an additional fee we may be able to meet you
half-way if you live outside of this area.

This kitten has been raised on Royal Canin baby cat food. By the time
the kitten reaches the age of 12 months, Royal Canin offers a Persian
brand of cat food. If you would like to change to another high quality
cat food (Iams or Science Diet) be sure to do it gradually over a week
or so for the health of the kitten.
We are very proud of our kittens. Each has been socialized, cuddled and
played with for hours so that it will be sweet and friendly. Also, each
has been introduced to daily grooming (brushing, bathing, wiping...)
resulting in a wonderful pet that will fit beautifully into your home
and your family!
